Located inside the historic Book Cadillac Hotel in the heart of Downtown Detroit, The Spa at the Westin Book Cadillac is dedicated to being a safe haven of tranquility that makes a difference in our guest's lives.
The Spa Book Cadillac is a full-service spa located in the heart of Downtown Detroit that opened in 2008 as part of the two-year, $180 million renovation of the historic Book Cadillac Hotel. Originally Spa 19, the facility was one half of the owner’s Spa19/24grille brand, named for the year the hotel first opened.
Although the hotel opened with much fanfare, the spa struggled to find its way because of improperly trained employees, several changes in management, its awkward location was far from the main entrances and its marketing was rather lackluster.
We helped them develop a new brand and marketing strategy -- ones that helped them live up to the expectations set by being the spa in the city's most prominent hotel.
Working side-by-side with their staff, we helped Spa 19 build a website, develop new products and align their business strategy so they could meet the future of spa services with confidence.
